This year, we were honored to receive the most Employee of the Year nominations ever, a true testament to the dedication, talent, and teamwork that define Nourse Farms. With so many deserving nominees across every department, selecting our winners was no easy task.
To celebrate this achievement, we recognized all the Employees of the Year together at our end-of-year employee appreciation luncheon. Each one represents excellence in their department and embodies the values that keep Nourse Farms growing strong. We are proud to share and celebrate this year’s honorees:
Ana G.
Lead Technician | 19 Years of Service
Ana has been a cornerstone of our lab for nearly two decades. Over her 19 years at Nourse Farms, she has consistently stepped up to new challenges and leadership responsibilities with enthusiasm, grace, and a positive spirit. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and upbeat attitude set the standard for excellence and inspire everyone around her.

Quality Control | 14 Years of Service
With 14 years of experience, Rigoberto is a trusted leader whose impact reaches far beyond the packinghouse. Supporting operations across packing, fruit fields, and substrate, he ensures product quality while overseeing multiple crews. His reliability, deep skill set, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of our operation.

Administrative & Programs Supervisor | 8 Years of Service
Leanne embodies continuous improvement. Her strong internal drive, willingness to help wherever needed, and ability to balance ever-changing priorities make her a standout leader. No matter what’s on her plate, Leanne approaches every task with focus, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.

Customer Accounts Specialist | Nearly 8 Years of Service
Over nearly eight years at Nourse Farms, Dulce has continually adapted to change, most recently as our customer service team transitioned into a dedicated sales team. She has embraced increased responsibilities with positivity and determination, consistently delivering results and providing outstanding support to our customers.

Plant Sorter / Shipping | 5.5 Years of Service
Anabeli’s work is defined by quality, accuracy, and care. Known for her excellent work ethic and positive attitude, she is often looked to as a leader by her peers. Her support of coworkers and willingness to step up make her a reliable and respected member of the team.

Grower, Foundation Greenhouse | Nearly 3 Years of Service
Christian has played a key role in bringing a new greenhouse online, tackling technical challenges with persistence, adaptability, and skill. His enthusiasm for learning and readiness to help wherever needed, even patching greenhouse roofs in winter, make him a dependable and valued team member.

Grower | 1.5 Years of Service
During peak season, Jeremy demonstrated exceptional commitment by single-handedly keeping substrate operations running through challenging conditions. His passion for brambles and strawberries, dedication to plant health, flexibility with hours, and drive to improve performance set him apart as a standout contributor.

Accountant I | 1 Year of Service
In just one year, Elias has made a lasting impression on the finance team. Known for his intelligence, flexibility, and great sense of humor, he embraces change and challenges with professionalism and positivity. His upbeat approach and strong contributions make him an invaluable part of our organization.
