Yambu Strawberry
CommercialYambu is an early mid-season variety, ripening timing similar to Honeoye, one of its parents. Plants are very vigorous with a dark green color. Yambu strawberries do not require any special nutrients or soil type, making them easy to manage. The berries are bright red, visually appealing, uniformly shaped, and have a glossy skin with a very sweet flavor. Yambu has an extended fruiting season and has demonstrated high productivity, making it an excellent choice for U-pick farms and roadside or fresh market operations. We highly recommend Yambu when good plant vigor and excellent flavor are required!
